Preview Roundups

Detroit at Cleveland 7:00 PM ET
The Cleveland Cavaliers aren't playing like the top team in the Eastern Conference as they have dropped four of their past five games entering Tuesday's home game against the Detroit Pistons. One of the defeats during the stretch came against the Pistons, who outscored the Cavaliers by 12 points in the fourth quarter last Thursday to record a 106-101 victory.
Oklahoma City at Brooklyn 7:30 PM ET
The Oklahoma City Thunder are much better off when All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook records a triple-double - something he is doing with greater frequency this season than all but one player in NBA history. Westbrook will try to notch his third straight triple-double and lead the Thunder to a third consecutive win when they visit the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday.
Indiana at New York 7:30 PM ET
The mercurial Indiana Pacers never seem to be able to carry momentum from one game to the next but are still hanging onto a spot in the top eight of the Eastern Conference. The Pacers will try to secure back-to-back wins for the first time in over a month when they visit the New York Knicks on Tuesday.
