Tampa Bay at NY Yankees 1:05 PM ET
Brett Gardner looks to continue adding to his career-best power numbers when the New York Yankees host the stumbling Tampa Bay Rays for the third of a four-game series Saturday afternoon. Gardner extended his hitting streak to 10 games while homering for the second straight night in Friday’s 6-1 victory over the Rays, and has already gone deep 19 times - two more than his previous career high in 2014.
LA Angels at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
The Los Angeles Angels haven't posted a winning road record since 2014 and don't appear to be on track to do so this year either, but they have rarely ever been disappointed with a trip to Toronto for a lot longer than that. The Angels hope to continue their recent domination at Rogers Centre on Saturday when they play the second of three games against the Blue Jays.
San Francisco at LA Dodgers 4:05 PM ET
Dodger Stadium is one of the most storied facilities in the game, but it’s proving to be an absolute house of horrors for visiting teams this season. Los Angeles owns a ridiculous 44-13 home record heading into Saturday’s contest against the visiting San Francisco Giants, who are 32 1/2 games behind the first-place Dodgers following Friday’s 6-4 loss.
NY Mets at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
Despite their status as sellers as the non-waiver trade deadline approaches, the New York Mets have been racking up the wins of late. The club, which is nine games back in the race for a wild-card spot and even farther behind in the National League East, aims for its eighth victory in 11 contests when it visits the Seattle Mariners on Saturday afternoon for the middle contest of their three-game interleague series.
Houston at Detroit 6:10 PM ET
With roughly two months left in the regular season, Houston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve is threatening to run away with the batting title. Altuve looks to stay hot as the Astros continue a three-game set at the Detroit Tigers on Saturday with a chance to clinch a third straight series win on their current road trip.
Colorado at Washington 7:05 PM ET
The Colorado Rockies signaled their intention to stay in the thick of the National League playoff race by acquiring coveted reliever Pat Neshek from the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday, now they just need to start winning again. The Rockies got an extra day of rest thanks to a rainout on Friday and will try to snap a three-game slide when they visit the Washington Nationals on Saturday for the opener of a three-game series, which includes a split doubleheader on Sunday.
Atlanta at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
The Philadelphia Phillies are playing better of late and continue to ride a power surge entering the middle contest of a three-game home series against the Atlanta Braves on Saturday. The Phillies blasted the Braves in Friday’s series opener 10-3, slugging four home runs – their 29th in 22 games this month – including three in the fifth inning from Aaron Altherr, Cameron Rupp and Tommy Joseph as Philadelphia won for the seventh time in 11 games.
Cincinnati at Miami 7:10 PM ET
The Miami Marlins will try to win their fourth straight game for the first time in nearly two months when they play the third contest of a four-game series against the visiting Cincinnati Reds on Saturday. Derek Dietrich continued a hot stretch with two hits and two runs scored in a 7-4 win over the Reds on Friday, the Marlins' fourth win in five tries against the Reds since the All-Star break.
Cleveland at Chi. White Sox 7:10 PM ET
The red-hot Cleveland Indians look to extend their season-high winning streak to nine games when they visit the struggling Chicago White Sox for the second of a three-game series on Saturday night. All-Star Jose Ramirez snapped out of a mini-slump (2-for-21) with a homer among four hits, four runs scored and three RBIs in Friday’s 9-3 rout as the first-place Indians maintained their two-game lead in the American League Central over equally red-hot Kansas City.
Kansas City at Boston 7:10 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals are getting closer to first place in the American League Central while the Boston Red Sox are losing their grip on first in the East. The Royals will try to push their winning streak to 10 straight at the expense of the struggling Red Sox when they visit Boston on Saturday for the second of a three-game series.
Chi. Cubs at Milwaukee 7:10 PM ET

The Milwaukee Brewers pulled out of their tailspin for a critical win in the opener of their three-game series against the visiting Chicago Cubs. The Brewers now can reclaim first place in the National League Central standings with a second consecutive victory over the defending world champions on Saturday.

Arizona at St. Louis 7:15 PM ET

Dominant pitching has highlighted the first two contests of the four-game series between the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks and St. Louis Cardinals, as each team has notched a shutout victory. Diamondbacks ace Zack Greinke and St. Louis' Mike Leake hope to continue that trend when they square off on Saturday.

Baltimore at Texas 8:05 PM ET
The Texas Rangers are getting some revenge against the Baltimore Orioles this weekend and will try to clinch a series win when they host the second of the three-game series on Saturday. Texas was crushed by a combined 34-11 in a four-game series at Baltimore just over a week ago, but had no trouble handling the Orioles with an 8-2 win at home on Friday.
Pittsburgh at San Diego 8:40 PM ET
The San Diego Padres are widely expected to deal left-handed reliever Brad Hand before Monday’s non-waiver trade deadline, and the Pittsburgh Pirates would prefer they do it sooner rather than later. The highly coveted Hand has recorded a save in three straight contests for the Padres, who continue their three-game series against the visiting Pirates on Saturday.
Minnesota at Oakland 9:05 PM ET
After ending a four-game slide in the series opener, the Minnesota Twins try to begin a winning streak when they continue their three-game set against the host Oakland Athletics on Saturday. Minnesota kicked off its eight-game road trip with three straight losses to the Los Angeles Dodgers before posting a 6-3 triumph over Oakland on Friday.
