San Diego at San Francisco 4:05 PM ET
Less than 13 hours after completing a marathon that ended after 11 innings, the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants resume their four-game series with a Saturday afternoon matchup at AT&T Park. Matt Szczur, Carlos Asuaje and Jose Pirela each recorded four hits in Friday’s 12-9 victory as the Padres continued their recent dominance in the all-time series.
St. Louis at Chi. Cubs 4:05 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs’ six-game winning streak came crashing down in epic fashion, but the defending World Series champions will try to start a new run when they host the St. Louis Cardinals for the second of a three-game series Saturday. The Cubs didn’t lose any ground in the tightening National League Central race and remain one game behind Milwaukee, while the Cardinals closed within 3 1/2 of the Brewers.

Houston at Baltimore 7:05 PM ET
The Houston Astros will try to continue to pick on the host Baltimore Orioles when the teams continue a three-game series at Camden Yards on Saturday. Collin McHugh makes his season debut for the Astros as he returns from an elbow ailment and will be making his 100th career start while hoping for the same kind of run support Houston's bats provided in the series opener.
Milwaukee at Philadelphia 7:05 PM ET
The Milwaukee Brewers are in such a slump, they cannot even beat the worst team in baseball, and the National League Central leaders try to snap their six-game losing streak Saturday when they meet the Phillies in Philadelphia for the middle contest of a three-game series. Milwaukee's season-high slide is bookended with losses to the Phillies, including Friday's 6-1 setback, but the Brewers still lead the division by one game over the Chicago Cubs.
Detroit at Minnesota 7:10 PM ET
Even as the Detroit Tigers are stumbling to their worst start after 95 games since their disastrous 43-119 season in 2003, no team in the American League Central has been better at defeating their division rivals. The Tigers (44-51) attempt to improve their 23-18 mark inside the Central on Saturday when they continue their three-game set in Minnesota against the Twins.
Miami at Cincinnati 7:10 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds are in a tailspin at home and will try once again to find some magic at Great American Ball Park when they continue a three-game series with the visiting Miami Marlins on Saturday. With a 3-1 loss in the series opener Friday night, the Reds fell to 1-8 in their last nine games at home and they have been outscored 64-21 during their current homestand.
Oakland at NY Mets 7:10 PM ET
The New York Mets will try to stretch their winning streak to four games when they continue a three-game series with the visiting Oakland Athletics on Saturday. All-Star Michael Conforto has been heating up during the Mets' surge and he had two home runs in a 7-5 win to begin the set Friday night.
Texas at Tampa Bay 7:10 PM ET
Elvis Andrus and the Texas Rangers showed some signs of life in the opener and a series victory is there for the taking when they visit the Tampa Bay Rays on Saturday in the second of a three-game set. The Rangers rallied in the ninth inning for two runs, while Andrus snapped out of his slump with three hits Friday, including a homer, and his infield single knocked in the winning run in the 10th for a 4-3 win.
Toronto at Cleveland 7:10 PM ET
Edwin Encarnacion broke out of his slump with a big night against his former team and the slugger looks to cause more pain when his Cleveland Indians host the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday night. Encarnacion had managed just two hits in 18 at-bats over his previous six games before belting a homer and knocking in four runs as Cleveland opened the series with a 13-3 triumph over the Blue Jays on Friday.
Chi. White Sox at Kansas City 7:15 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox got a glimpse of what they hope is the first of many impressive games from second baseman Yoan Moncada on Friday, but the Kansas City Royals' recent resilience ended up stealing the show. The Royals eye a fourth straight victory Saturday when they continue their 10-game homestand with the second of three contests against the White Sox.
Washington at Arizona 8:10 PM ET
The Arizona Diamondbacks hope to have their newest acquisition back in the lineup Saturday, when they host the Washington Nationals for the middle contest of their three-game series. J.D. Martinez, who was obtained Tuesday from Detroit, has missed two straight contests with a left hand contusion he suffered in his debut with Arizona on Wednesday.
Pittsburgh at Colorado 8:10 PM ET
After taking a big bite out of Milwaukee's lead in the National League Central, the Pittsburgh Pirates have turned their attention to whittling down their deficit in the NL wild-card race as they visit the Colorado Rockies on Saturday for the middle contest of their three-game series. Pittsburgh is within two games of the slumping Brewers in the Central and 6 1/2 back of Colorado for the second wild card after routing the Rockies 13-5 on Friday for its season-high sixth straight victory.
Boston at LA Angels 9:07 PM ET
Boston Red Sox star Mookie Betts has started a team-high 94 consecutive games and shows no sign of ending the streak anytime soon. The dynamic right fielder also has hit safely in seven straight contests for the first-place Red Sox, who continue their three-game series against the host Los Angeles Angels on Saturday.
Atlanta at LA Dodgers 9:10 PM ET
After looking like they might never lose again during their 11-game winning streak, the Los Angeles Dodgers have come back to earth over the last two days. Los Angeles looks to get back in the win column Saturday against the visiting Atlanta Braves, who have opened the four-game set by outscoring the Dodgers 18-6 in back-to-back wins.
NY Yankees at Seattle 9:10 PM ET
The New York Yankees attempt to clinch the series when they visit the Seattle Mariners on Saturday for the third contest of their four-game set. New York lost two of three at Minnesota to fall to 3-4 on its 11-game road trip before capturing the first two against Seattle, including a 5-1 triumph on Friday.
