Ryan Hartman, Joel Eriksson Ek and Marco Rossi also scored in regulation time for Minnesota, which snapped a four-game losing streak.

New York earned a point in the standings but saw its NHL-leading six-game winning streak come to an end. Jimmy Vesey, Artemi Panarin, Erik Gustafsson and Chris Kreider each scored during regulation time for the Rangers.

Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 13 of 14 shots in regulation and overtime to earn the win. Fleury stymied Rangers forward Vincent Trocheck in the shootout round to end the game.

Rangers goaltender Jonathan Quick stopped 36 of 40 shots in regulation and overtime. Quick gave up a decisive goal against Wild forward Matt Boldy in the shootout round.

The Wild fell behind 3-0 in the early going and erased a 3-2 deficit entering the third period.

Zuccarello evened the score at 3-3 for Minnesota with 18:19 to go in the third period. He scored from the front right side of the crease off a pass from Jonas Brodin.

The Wild seized a 4-3 lead with 14:40 left in the third period. Rossi slammed a one-timer from the slot off a pass from Kirill Kaprizov.

New York evened the score at 4-4 less than 90 seconds later. Kreider scored on a deflection for his eighth goal of the season and his third in as many games.

The Rangers stormed out to a 3-0 lead in the first seven minutes of the opening period. Vesey, Panarin and Gustafsson each scored to force Minnesota to make a change in net.

Wild coach Dean Evason had seen enough by that point. He sent in veteran netminder Fleury to replace starter Filip Gustavsson, who gave up three goals on four shots.

Minnesota cut the deficit to 3-1 with 14:03 remaining in the second period. Hartman notched his seventh goal when he punched in a rebound near the front of the crease.
