Moore’s 6-yard touchdown run in the third quarter gave Miami a 27-0 lead as the Dolphins (4-8) won for the fourth time in their last five games. Moore finished 13 of 25 for 162 yards.

The Raiders (7-5), who had their three-game winning streak snapped, fell into a first-place tie with Denver in the AFC West. The Broncos won at Minnesota 35-32 on Sunday.

Oakland’s Michael Bush, who had averaged 107.8 yards rushing in place of the injured Darren McFadden, was held to 18 on 10 carries Sunday.

Miami’s defense got into the scoring act when Kevin Burnett intercepted Carson Palmer’s pass and returned it 34 yards for a touchdown late in the third quarter to make it 34-0.

Palmer finished 20 of 41 for 273 yards with two touchdowns.

Miami took a 13-0 lead when Moore found Davone Bess open on a crossing pattern for a 12-yard touchdown with 8:30 left in the first half.

The Dolphins had the ball for 9:45 of the first quarter, but had to settle for a pair of Dan Carpenter field goals.

Raiders defensive lineman Richard Seymour was ejected in the third quarter for throwing a punch.
