Lions 26, Eagles 23 (OT): Jason Hanson kicked a 45-yard field goal four minutes into overtime as visiting Detroit rallied from a late 10-point deficit to halt its three-game losing streak.
Matthew Stafford, who completed 22 of 45 passes for 311 yards, threw for a touchdown and ran for another as the Lions also ended a five-game skid against Philadelphia.
The Eagles (3-3) received the ball to start overtime and Michael Vick lost 22 yards as he was sacked twice before throwing an incompletion. Detroit (2-3) started from the 50 after punt returner Stefan Logan recovered his own fumble, and the Lions advanced to the Eagles 27, setting up Hanson for the game-winning kick.
After Vick hit Jeremy Maclin for a 70-yard touchdown with 5:18 remaining in the fourth quarter to give Philadelphia a 23-13 lead, Stafford connected with Nate Burleson for a 17-yard score less than two minutes later, and Hanson booted the third of his four field goals from 19 yards out with three seconds left to forge a tie.
Vick was 28 of 46 for 311 yards with two TD passes and two interceptions while also running for 59 yards for Philadelphia, which has lost three of its last four contests.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Lions WR Calvin Johnson made six catches for 135 yards but remained stuck on one touchdown for the season. ... Detroit won for just the second time in seven road games. ... The Eagles have not begun a season 3-0 at home since 2005. ... Philadelphia RB LeSean McCoy, who caught a 2-yard touchdown pass, gained only 22 yards on 14 carries.
