Scott Suggs scored 18 points to lead the Huskies past the Trojans in Pac-12 play.

Jernard Jarreau added a career-high 12 points, C.J. Wilcox scored 11 points and Aziz N’Diaye grabbed 11 rebounds as Washington (17-13, 9-8 Pac-12) won for the fourth time in five games.

Dewayne Dedmon scored 18 points on 9-of-11 shooting and J.T. Terrell tallied 16 points for USC (14-16, 9-8), which lost for only the third time in nine games.

Washington trailed 41-39 after USC’s Eric Wise hit a jumper with 12:32 remaining before seizing control as Suggs scored five points during an 11-0 run that saw the Huskies take a nine-point lead with 5:19 remaining. The lead topped out at 61-51 on a 3-pointer by Andrew Andrews with 1:21 to play.

The Trojans led 19-14 after Terrell’s basket with 7:50 left in the half before Washington responded with a 12-2 surge to take a five-point lead on Suggs’ basket with 3:48 remaining. The game was tied at 28 at the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Washington had a 48-29 rebounding edge and collected 19 offensive boards. … The Trojans are 7-6 under interim coach Bob Cantu. … Wilcox hit one 3-pointer to become the third player in Washington history to make 200 in his career.
