Raptors 109, Celtics 96: Kyle Lowry collected 19 points and seven assists as host Toronto snapped a season-high four-game losing streak.

Louis Williams tallied 19 points off the bench for the Raptors, who improved to 15-4 at home. Amir Johnson, James Johnson and Jonas Valanciunas each scored 15 as Toronto topped Boston for the fourth straight time.

A night after losing an overtime affair at Indiana, Boston ran out of steam following a fast start and fell for the ninth time in 11 games. Kelly Olynyk scored 23 points off the bench and Avery Bradley finished with 17 as the Celtics lost for the first time in four road games against Atlantic Division teams.

Boston led by as many as nine in the first half but had just one basket in the final five-plus minutes as the Raptors entered halftime on a 16-3 run to go up 47-43. The Celtics seized a momentary lead less than five minutes into the third quarter before Terrence Ross drained a 3-pointer to begin a 23-6 surge that led to an 82-65 lead for Toronto heading into the final 12 minutes.

Brandon Bass scored four points in a span of 19 seconds and Marcus Smart had back-to-back hoops as the Celtics charged back to within eight points with under nine minutes remaining. Lowry entered back into the game and immediately scored to spark another big run for the Raptors, who led by as many as 20 down the stretch.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The Celtics still reportedly have a deal in place to send F Jeff Green to Memphis, with New Orleans getting involved to ship G Austin Rivers to Boston, according to ESPN.com. USA Today reported that Rivers would then be dealt to the Los Angeles Clippers. ... Boston F Jared Sullinger had 13 points and 10 rebounds for his team-high 10th double-double. ... F Patrick Patterson added 10 points and nine rebounds off the bench for Toronto.
