Clippers 115, Spurs 92: Blake Griffin had 27 points and nine rebounds to lead host Los Angeles to a convincing victory over San Antonio.

Chris Paul added 23 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals, Jamal Crawford scored 17 points and Jared Dudley tallied 14 as the Clippers won in their first home game in 15 days. DeAndre Jordan contributed 11 rebounds and three blocked shots and Los Angeles scored 37 points off 22 Spurs’ turnovers while improving to 9-2 at home.

Tim Duncan had 17 points and 11 rebounds and Manu Ginobili scored 16 on 8-of-11 shooting for San Antonio, which had a four-game winning streak halted. Kawhi Leonard added 12 points and eight rebounds for the Spurs, who lost Tony Parker to a shin injury in the third quarter.

Danny Green’s 3-pointer with 7:07 remaining pulled the Spurs within 86-82 before Paul scored six points during an 11-2 burst that gave the Clippers a 13-point lead with 4:01 to play. Willie Green hit a 3-pointer and Dudley followed with two more from behind the arc to increase the margin to 20 as Los Angeles cruised to the finish.

Griffin scored 19 points and Paul added 14 in the first half as Los Angeles parlayed a 19-0 second-quarter run into a 55-49 lead at the break. Griffin tallied eight more points in the third as the Clippers led 78-70 entering the final stanza.

GAME NOTEBOOK: San Antonio fell to 10-3 on the road. … The Clippers were 11-of-23 from 3-point range with Dudley making four and Crawford and Green each hitting three. … Parker had eight points and six assists in 26 minutes before exiting.
