Warriors 102, Jazz 88:
Klay Thompson hit five 3-pointers en route to 25 points to lead all five starters in double figures as Golden State cruised past visiting Utah.

Stephen Curry collected 15 points and 11 assists and Andre Iguodala scored 16 points for the Warriors, who remained undefeated at home. Andrew Bogut recorded 12 points and 11 rebounds to pick up his first double-double of the season for Golden State.

Derrick Favors scored 17 points and Gordon Hayward had 14 as the Jazz dropped to an NBA-worst 1-10, including 0-6 on the road. Marvin Williams added 14 points off the bench and Richard Jefferson scored 12 against his former team.

The Warriors got off to a hot start and raced to a 19-6 lead when Curry capped an 11-0 burst with a basket in the lane. It spread out to 27-13 by the end of the first quarter as the Jazz missed their final five shots of the period.

The teams engaged in a 3-point battle in the second quarter, with Thompson knocking down a pair and Iguodala hitting one as Williams countered with two for the Jazz in a span of five possessions. Thompson’s third 3-pointer of the quarter stretched the lead to 51-32, and Golden State went into the break with a 51-34 advantage.

Utah got hot from long range early in the third, with Jefferson, John Lucas III and Hayward connecting on consecutive trips, to pull within 55-45. Hayward’s 3-pointer with 5:37 left in the quarter cut it back to single digits at 61-54.

The Warriors pushed it back to an 11-point advantage heading into the fourth and went ahead 80-65 on Iguodala’s jumper with 9:48 to play. Thompson rattled in another 3-pointer to make it 92-77 with 5:54 on the clock and Golden State closed it out.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Jazz went 8-for-17 from 3-point range while the Warriors knocked down 9-of-21. … Thompson (35-for-68) and Iguodala (20-for-39) are both shooting better than 50 percent from beyond the arc on the season. … Hayward recorded a season-low two rebounds and matched a season low with two assists.
