Hornets 110, Kings 95: Anthony Davis scored 20 points to lead six players in double figures as host New Orleans snapped a three-game losing streak.

Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson scored 17 points apiece and Greivis Vasquez had 12 points and 13 assists as the Hornets sent Sacramento to its fifth consecutive loss and eighth straight defeat away from home.

John Salmons hit a career-high six 3-pointers and scored 18 points - all in the second half - for the Kings, who dropped to 5-25 on the road despite connecting on 12 of 19 from behind the arc.

New Orleans scored 12 unanswered points to go ahead 73-60 with five minutes left in the third, but Salmons drilled a pair of 3-pointers and Marcus Thornton added another to get Sacramento within 79-73 entering the final 12 minutes.

A 3-pointer by Isaiah Thomas cut the deficit to 88-83, but the Hornets ran off the next eight points to build the advantage to 96-83 and never allowed the lead to get under double digits the rest of the way.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Thomas, DeMarcus Cousins and Jason Thompson each scored 16 points for Sacramento, which hasn't won away from home since Jan. 28. ... Vasquez registered his 22nd double-double of the season, tops among NBA guards. ... F Patrick Patterson, one of three players acquired from Houston at the trade deadline, scored two points in two minutes in his Sacramento debut. Toney Douglas did not play and Cole Aldrich - the third player brought in from the Rockets - remained in California.
