Spurs 99, Kings 79: Marco Belinelli scored 17 points off the bench and Kawhi Leonard had 15 as visiting San Antonio took out Sacramento to extend its season-best winning streak to 12 straight.

Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker added 14 points apiece and Tiago Splitter collected 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, who have taken five straight by double figures. Tim Duncan contributed 10 points, nine boards and six assists as San Antonio put seven players in double figures despite struggling to 38.7 percent from the floor.

Isaiah Thomas scored 18 to lead the Kings, who have lost 11 straight home games to the Spurs. DeMarcus Cousins piled up 15 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks while Rudy Gay scored 14 for Sacramento.

Belinelli’s 3-pointer gave San Antonio a 76-61 lead with 8:52 to play and Duncan’s jumper made it a 17-point gap with 5:35 left. The Kings scored six straight to get within 11 but Parker put up six points during a 13-4 run to put the game away.

The Spurs used an 8-0 burst to open up a 10-point lead with 4:13 left in the second quarter and took a 47-37 advantage into the break. The edge grew to 13 points in the third quarter before San Antonio settled for a 69-57 lead going into the fourth.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Spurs, who have won nine straight overall in the series, posted an 11-game winning streak in November. … Kings F Royce White made his NBA debut with one scoreless minute off the bench. … San Antonio went 1-for-13 from beyond the arc in the first half but picked it up slightly with 4-of-12 after the break.
