DeMarcus Cousins added 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Kings, who won their second straight after going 1-7 in the previous eight. Greivis Vasquez contributed 13 points, including 9-of-9 from the free-throw line, to help Sacramento finish off the victory.

Goran Dragic had 31 points to lead Phoenix, which was without leading scorer Eric Bledsoe, who missed his second consecutive game with a bruised shin. Gerald Green started in Bledsoe's place and compiled 23 points, including 6-of-8 3-pointers, as the Suns dropped their fourth straight game after a 5-2 start.

Cousins and Thomas led Sacramento to a 55-50 halftime lead with 12 points apiece. The Kings opened the third quarter with a 19-10 spurt as Phoenix went scoreless in six consecutive possessions early in the period.

Up 74-62 to start the fourth quarter, Sacramento increased its lead to as many as 20 before the Suns attempted to rally late. A 13-2 run, capped by a Marcus Morris 3-pointer, pulled Phoenix within 95-88 with 3:10 remaining and Dragic's layup just under two minutes later inched the Suns within 102-96 but they got no closer as the Kings sank 11 straight free throws to close the game.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Kings beat the Suns for the fourth straight time in the series. ... Cousins showed few ill effects from a shoulder that came out of socket in Tuesday's game. ... Phoenix's previous five losses had come by a combined total of 16 points.
