Steve Nash had 21 points, six assists and five rebounds to help the Suns snap a three-game losing streak and send Memphis to its third consecutive loss.

Marc Gasol had 18 points and 13 rebounds - his fourth double-double in five games - and Rudy Gay also scored 18 for the Grizzlies, who erased a 16-point halftime deficit in the finale of a four-game road trip.

Hakim Warrick's three-point play gave Phoenix a 74-65 lead with eight minutes to play, but Gasol, Gay and point guard Mike Conley ignited a comeback to help the Grizzlies tie it at 82-82 with 1:24 to play.

Dudley nailed a pair of foul shots with 29 seconds left before Gay banked in a runner six seconds later to deadlock the score at 84-84.

Dudley drew a foul from Conley with 3.3 seconds left and buried both free throws to help Phoenix bounce back from a 109-71 beating in Portland on Friday night.

The Suns closed the second quarter on a 14-4 run to take a commanding 58-42 lead into halftime.

Memphis got eight points from Marreese Speights and used a pair of 8-0 spurts in the third quarter to close with 63-56 entering the final 12 minutes.
