Tony Parker scored a season-high 37 points and had nine assists to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 112-106 overtime victory over the visiting Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday.

Parker made 14-of-20 field-goal attempts and had 16 of his points in the fourth quarter and overtime as the Spurs won their eighth straight game and improved their NBA-best record to 23-3.

O.J. Mayo scored 27 points and Zach Randolph had 24 points and 21 rebounds for Memphis (12-16), which forced overtime on a 3-pointer by Mayo with 21.6 seconds left in regulation.

Manu Ginobili had 15 points and nine assists and Tim Duncan had 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Spurs improved to 18-0 when they score 100 or more points.

Memphis played without leading scorer Rudy Gay, who was suspended for Saturday’s game due to a flagrant foul he committed against the Houston Rockets on Friday

San Antonio led 80-71 after three quarters but Memphis began the fourth quarter with a 15-4 run to take an 86-84 lead on Randolph’s layup with 6:29 remaining in regulation.
