John Wall had a career-high 32 points and 10 assists for Washington (17-53), which fell to 1-33 on the road. Griffin leads rookies in scoring and rebounding, while Wall is first in assists and is second in scoring.

Eric Gordon's 3-pointer with 1.9 seconds left in overtime tied the game at 113 after Wall missed a free throw with seven seconds left. Wall's short runner with 14 seconds remaining in regulation tied the game at 102.

Gordon scored 32 points, and Chris Kaman had a season-high 28 points and 12 rebounds for Los Angeles, which improved to 1-4 in overtime this season.

Jordan Crawford had 25 points and 10 assists, and JaVale McGee had 22 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks for Washington, which led by as many as five in the first overtime.

The Wizards outscored the Clippers 28-17 in the third quarter behind 13 points from Crawford to take a 79-77 lead, but Mo Williams scored 12 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter as the Clippers led by as many as five, and by four on Gordon's dunk with 2:04 to go. Williams finished with 10 assists.

Griffin, who had gone seven straight games without a double-double, is second in the NBA with 55 this season (Kevin Love, 64).

If the Wizards lose their final seven away games, they will match the 1990-91 Sacramento Kings for the worst road record in an 82-game season.
