Braves 6, Phillies 3: Brian McCann homered for the third straight contest and Tommy Hanson tossed seven solid innings to reach double digits in wins for the fourth straight season as visiting Atlanta handed Philadelphia its ninth loss in 10 outings.

Former Phillie Michael Bourn, who replaced Washington's Ian Desmond on the National League All-Star roster, collected three hits and scored twice - including a successful bid to steal home in the seventh inning.

Martin Prado drove in a pair of runs and Chipper Jones extended his hitting streak to 13 contests for the Braves, who have won nine of 12 on the road following a season-high five-game skid away from home.

After blasting a grand slam in Friday's 5-0 victory, McCann continued to swing a hot bat Saturday. With two outs in the second inning, McCann belted his 12th homer into the second deck in right field.

Although Philadelphia's Juan Pierre highlighted a three-run second inning with an RBI double, Atlanta answered with Prado's run-scoring double in the third and McCann's RBI single in the fourth. Rookie Andrelton Simmons' sacrifice fly to right plated Freddie Freeman to give the Braves a 4-3 lead in the fourth inning.

Hanson (10-5) overcame his brief turbulence in the second inning to improve to 7-2 on the road this season. He yielded three runs on six hits and struck out six. Eric O'Flaherty retired both batters he faced to end the eighth inning and Craig Kimbrel struck out a pair in the ninth for his National League-leading 24th save.

Joe Blanton (7-8) permitted six runs on nine hits in 6 1/3 innings to suffer his second straight loss overall and fall to 2-5 in his career versus the Braves.
