Mark Reynolds hit a three-run homer and Jo-Jo Reyes pitched six strong innings as the visiting Baltimore Orioles completed a four-game sweep of the Minnesota Twins with a 6-1 victory on Thursday afternoon.

Craig Tatum added a two-run double for the Orioles, who outscored the Twins 24-4 in the four-game set.

Minnesota may have lost more than the game, as lefthander Francisco Liriano was forced out after the second inning with left posterior shoulder strain. He will be re-evaluated on Friday.

Baltimore did most of its damage off Anthony Swarzak, who was scheduled to start Friday but was forced into relief duty. Swarzak (3-4) was lit up for five runs and eight hits in 3 1/3 innings, beginning with Tatum’s two-run double in the sixth that put the Orioles on top.

Reynolds connected with his 29th homer in the seventh to put the game away.

Reyes (7-10) became the latest Baltimore pitcher to turn in a quality start, surrendering one run on five hits.
