Chris Denorfia and Adrian Gonzalez each hit a home run and the San Diego Padres got another strong pitching performance in a 6-3 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday at PNC Park.

The National League West-leading Padres completed a three-game sweep with the victory and wrapped up a six-game road trip with a 4-2 record.

Denorfia hit a two-run double in the third and came around to score on Gonzalez's 21st homer of the season. Denorfia added a solo homer in the seventh to cap the offense.

Wade LeBlanc and the rest of the Padres pitching staff followed the same script as the first two wins against the Pirates this series, six solid innings from the starter and then three relievers to close the door.

LeBlanc (5-8) allowed three runs and eight hits with two strikeouts and no walks. Ryan Webb and Luke Gregerson each pitched a scoreless inning to bridge the gap to closer Heath Bell, who worked around a walk in the ninth to earn his 29th save of the season.

Brad Lincoln (1-4) took the loss, allowing six runs and eight hits in 6 1/3 innings.

Ronny Cedeno hit a two-run homer in the second to give Pittsburgh a 2-0 lead, but the Padres responded with a five-run third and were in control the rest of the way.
